Rasmussen Trucking Inc. is based in Caro, Michigan, about 20 miles east of Saginaw. Our family-owned transportation operation began in 1984 by Doug Rasmussen. He was able to see the specialized need for hauling propane in Michigan and surrounding states. Starting with only one truck and trailer, over the years the company has grown to over 50 units in our fleet available today.

Our Services
Trucking
We have 3 divisions of transportation with in our portfolio. We transport propane gas in large tankers throughout the state of Michigan year round . Second, we haul asphalt and aggregate during the spring, summer and fall months within the state of Michigan. Our third division is our over the road transportation which moves reefer,dry vans or flatbeds throughout the United States all year long. Come join us!
Service Center
Our service center provides a wide selection of maintenance and repair work for heavy duty diesel trucks of any size or model. Our motto is “Your One Stop Maintenance Shop”.
Trailer Inspection Center
Don’t wait on your annual DOT inspections!!! We employ certified tank inspectors to complete annual or 5 year VK test or DOT inspection updates. We can repair anything found in the inspection as well.
